How it works
From a question to an approved change
Every answer is based on the workspace’s own data, and every change goes through approval.
- 01 Ask or give a task Type or say in plain language what you want to know or do. NeXa sees which view you have open.
- 02 NeXa gathers the data it needs It looks up orders, the plan, workload, stock balances and documents – only the parts you have access to.
- 03 Answer and proposal You get an answer with source references. If the situation calls for action, NeXa drafts a proposal with the changes and their impact.
- 04 You approve The change is made only after approval, and it is recorded in the audit log like any other change.
