Frequently asked questions

Can documents be attached to a specific operation?
Yes. A task has its own document folder and Markdown instructions, which the operator sees directly in the task details. Product, order-line and work-center files are available in the same way.
Does every user see everything?
No. Workspace roles and permissions per function define what each person sees and can do – for example uploading files, managing them or approving working-time corrections.
